Affiliate Terms
1. Program Overview
The EterMail Affiliate and Referral Program ("Program") allows users to earn commissions by referring new customers to EterMail. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must be a registered EterMail user in good standing and be at least 18 years of age. EterMail reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application or account at our sole discretion.
3. Commissions and Tiers
Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made by new users who register using your unique referral link.
- Tier 1 (Base): 20% commission on the first 10 qualifying sales.
- Tier 2 (Pro): 25% commission on sales 11 through 50.
- Tier 3 (Elite): 30% commission on sales 51 and beyond.
Commissions are calculated based on the net purchase price (excluding taxes and refunds). EterMail reserves the right to modify the commission tiers and rates at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Hold Period and Payouts
To prevent issues relating to chargebacks or disputes, all earned commissions are subject to a standard 14-day hold period from the date of the qualifying transaction.
After the hold period, commissions will transition from "Pending" to "Available" balance. You may request a payout once your Available Balance reaches the minimum threshold (default is $10 USD, subject to change in your dashboard). All payouts are processed in USD (US Dollars).
Supported Payout Methods: We currently process payouts via PayPal or Bank Transfer (Stripe Connect coming soon).
- PayPal: Strongly recommended for global affiliates. Supports almost all countries and currencies.
- Bank Transfer: We support USD transfers to US Bank Accounts (ACH), or international wires via SWIFT. Please note that international bank wires may be subject to intermediary bank fees and higher minimum payout thresholds.
5. Non-Refundable Digital Goods
Products purchased on EterMail (including time capsules and digital messages) are digital goods. As stated in our Terms of Service, all purchases are strictly non-refundable. If a referral dispute or chargeback occurs maliciously, the corresponding commission will be voided.
6. Prohibited Activities
As an affiliate, you agree NOT to engage in the following restricted activities:
- Self-referring, creating fake accounts, or engaging in "order brushing" and other malicious activities to inflate commissions.
- Bidding on EterMail trademark terms in paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads).
- Engaging in spam, unsolicited bulk email, or illegal marketing practices.
- Misrepresenting the capabilities, pricing, or refund policies of EterMail.
EterMail maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. If any fraudulent or malicious behavior is detected, EterMail reserves the right to void all commissions, terminate the account without notice, and pursue all available legal remedies, including litigation for damages.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any pending or available commissions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, any legitimately earned "Available" commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out during the next payment cycle. EterMail reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraud or Terms violations are suspected.
