Cold email is not charged per send; volume is bounded by your mailboxes and each mailbox’s safe daily limit (300 mailboxes ≈ 225,000 a month). AI features are billed as usual; mailbox fees are separate.

Billing questions
Which sends use credits?
Only emails that are actually sent. Emails blocked by an unsubscribe or suppression list are free. If the sending service times out and the result is unknown, the email is neither retried nor charged.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Before each send, EterMail estimates and reserves the credits needed. If the balance is too low, the send doesn't start and you never go into debt. Top up or upgrade to continue.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page whenever you like; your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Purchased credits remain usable until they expire.
How do AI features use credits?
Drafting, the Etta assistant and other AI features use credits by the work done: the model’s cost × 2, where 1,000 credits = $1. Credits are reserved before each AI step and only what is used is charged. AI pictures cost 48 credits each, or 78 when built from a product photo; pictures that fail or are refused are free.
