COLD EMAIL SOFTWARE
Send B2B outreach from your own mailboxes on separate domains. EterMail ramps each mailbox up slowly, writes a personal opener from each company’s own website, stops follow-ups the moment someone replies, and pauses before a problem grows.
HOW IT WORKS
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP mailbox on a domain separate from your main one. A built-in guide works out how many you need.
CSV with emails, names and companies. Duplicates, invalid addresses, your opted-out customers and suppressed addresses are filtered out, and addresses are verified.
A first email and follow-ups in the same thread. AI can write an opener for each prospect from their company’s website, with your own fallback line for the rest.
Sending spreads across your mailboxes inside business hours, with gaps between emails and weekends skipped if you like.
DELIVERABILITY
AI OPENERS
The AI tries three things in order, and you see which one each prospect got before step 1 goes out.

AFTER YOU SEND
Replies from every mailbox arrive in one place, matched to the prospect and sequence.
Real replies, auto-replies, unsubscribes and bounces are told apart automatically.
AI drafts a response; you edit it and send from the original mailbox, in the same thread.
PRICING
A cold email costs 5 credits, about $5 per 1,000, from the same credits as your marketing email. Mailboxes are paid to your provider directly, about $6–7 per mailbox a month with Google or Microsoft.
On the Ultra plan ($299 a month), cold email isn’t charged per send at all: volume is limited only by your mailboxes and their safe daily limits.
B2B cold email is legal in many countries when it is relevant, honest about who you are, and easy to opt out of. Rules differ by country; EterMail records each list’s source and the reason for contacting it, and every email carries an opt-out.
To protect everyone’s deliverability, cold outreach is turned on for a workspace after a short review of what you plan to send. You can set up mailboxes, lists and sequences in the meantime.
By default up to 30 a day once warmed up, and you can change the limit per mailbox. For 100 a day, plan on four mailboxes across two domains; the built-in guide does the maths.
Not yet. You buy them from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or a specialist provider, and connect them in a few minutes.
They are written to avoid it: a personal opener rests on one specific fact from the prospect’s own website, and a light one uses only their title and company. When neither is possible, your fallback opener is used. You can read and edit every opener before step 1 goes out.
