Can I move from Segment?
Yes. identify and track use Segment’s field names, so most calls move over with a new endpoint and key. The migration guide on GitHub walks through it.
Does it work for mobile apps?
Yes. Call the API from your app’s backend; secret keys never ship inside the app.
Can I segment on events?
Yes. Segments can use events performed or not performed, plus any field you send with identify.
Does EterMail send transactional email like password resets?
No. EterMail is for marketing and lifecycle email; keep transactional email with your current provider.
