What can trigger a flow?
Someone subscribing, any event you send (from Shopify or your own app through the API), or a contact going inactive for a set number of days.
Can I write the emails myself?
Yes. AI drafts them for you, but every email is editable before you approve the flow.
Does it work without Shopify?
Yes. SaaS products and apps send events through the API and build flows on them. Only the abandoned checkout flow needs Shopify.
How are automated emails billed?
Like any marketing email: 2 credits each, about $2 per 1,000.
